My Delilah Dust Delivery!♡

About a month ago I ordered two bracelets from Delilah Dust after reading a blog post about the company and the parcel arrived today! (You can visit the Delilah Dust site by clicking here)

I ordered two small bracelets, both of which are so cute! The slogan of Delilah Dust is 'Delicate & Unique Jewellery' and that is exactly what all of the products are! I was actually quite surprised at how delicate my bracelets are, but it makes them so cute and special. It took about a month for them to be delivered, but you can't complain too much when delivery is free! Overall, my order came to £3.47 which is absolutely amazing! (50p was added for delivery as I ordered more than one item.) I will definitely be ordering products from Delilah Dust as I love the pieces and they will also be great for presents!

16th Birthday Haul! (Fashion & Beauty Items) ♡

Yesterday (21st February) was my 16th birthday! It feels so strange to be able to finally say i'm sixteen years old, I feel so old and grown up now! I had a lovely day with some family and some of my friends, so I thought i'd share a few of the fashion and beauty items I received!

MAC - Russian Red

This was one of the presents that my friends got me, i'm so happy to finally own this! This is such a talked about product and I have wanted it for such a long time. The fact that it is matte makes it so appealing as it is totally different to a usual striking red lipstick. I'm so pleased that my little MAC collection is beginning to grow!

New Look Jewellery

My friends also got me some really cute rings and an ear cuff from New Look. I'm really pleased because i've wanted some new rings for absolutely ages!

Barry M Nail Polishes

I also received these Barry M nail polishes from my friends! I have read reviews on both of these polishes before so I am very excited to try them out!

Amethyst Jewellery

My friend Sharna gave me these lovely earrings and necklace which feature Amethyst, my birthstone! It's such a thoughtful gift and i'm really looking forward to wearing these!

Rock 'N' Rose Jewellery

A little while ago I did a 'Rock 'N' Rose Wishlist' post, in which I listed a few products that I really liked the look of from Rock 'N' Rose. My friends saw the post and bought me two of the things which is such a lovely and thoughtful gesture! I got the John Lennon bracelet (pictured top) which I love so much, especially as it fits in with my love for The Beatles! I also got the C'Est La Vie bangle which reads 'C'Est La Vie - Whatever will be will be' which I also really love because it is so cute and pretty!

BareMinerals Fresh & Fabulous Set

I received this BareMinerals set from my Auntie, Uncle and 2 cousins and I was so excited as I have never owned any BareMinerals cosmetics before! I am really really excited to try all of these out as I have heard such good reviews about their cosmetics!!

Oasis T Shirt

Admittedly, this is a bit different to all of the other items featured in this post. Oasis are one of my favourite bands ever as I grew up listening to them. I've wanted an Oasis t-shirt for ages as I love the logo and the simplicity of the t-shirts, so I was so happy when I unwrapped this! I can't wait to experiment by wearing this with things like my leather jacket!

White Lace Litas (!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

The present I think I am most excited about is my new white lace litas that my friends bought me! I couldn't believe it when I unwrapped them, they're so beautiful and it was so thoughtful of my friends to get me them! I mentioned in a tag post a little while ago that I would love some white lace litas, and I can't believe i've finally got some! They look SO high but when i'm wearing them they're quite easy to walk in due to the platform. I need lots of opportunities to wear these now!

*******************************

I am so grateful for absolutely everything I received and I would just like to say a huuuuuuuuuge thank you to all of my friends and family for all of my lovely presents and for making my 16th birthday really special!

As always, feel free to comment with any feedback!

Fashion - Aria | Pretty Little Liars♡

After watching the latest episode of American drama series Pretty Little Liars (which I love), I decided to have a look at the sort of fashion and trends that each character follows. I'm planning on doing one character every few weeks, so today I decided to kick things off by looking at some of the outfits Aria has worn in Series 3 of the show.

3x08 - Stolen Kisses

In this part of the episode, Aria wore a classic white flippy style skater dress. I love this as the boxy feel of the shoulders makes the dress very understated and classy. I also really like the detailing of the skinny black belt with the chunky buckle as it really adds something to the outfit and draws attention to a previously plain dress.
The little clutch bag Aria has here is also so cute! It's so tiny, I want one!

This dress from Topshop reminded me of the dress worn by Aria in this episode. It has the same plain, classy feel to it with the small shoulder sleeves as well. One difference is that this dress does have dip hem detailing, however this wouldn't stop the dress from giving the same understated effect as the one worn by Aria. You can find this here.

The dress could be paired with this studded belt, in order to draw more attention to the dress, just like the belt does in the outfit worn by Aria. You can find this here.

3x09 - The Khan Game

In this episode, Aria wore a really cute green dress with an aztec patterned belt. I really love this look as it is so summery and simple. I love aztec prints, especially in the summer, so the added detailing of the belt is a real winner for me! It really helps to brighten up a plain dress, just like the belt brightened up the white dress mentioned earlier in this post. This seems like a trend that Aria regularly follows, and I must say I am quite inspired to invest in some nicely patterned belts to help jazz up a few outfits!
I also really like the detailing on the back of the dress shown in the second picture, it's really different and adds a different dimension to the dress.

Here are a few belts I found:

Missguided (x)

Topshop (x)

Miss Selfridge (x)

I will definitely have to start thinking about buying a few more belts, as they are such a good way to make an outfit look completely different and more dressed up!

3x14 - She's Better Now

In this episode, Aria uses clashing prints such as stripes and leopard print in order to complete a bright and fun summer outfit. This is something i'd never be able to do but for some reason on Aria, it works! Again, there is the use of a belt to bring the outfit together. This is definitely a trend used regularly by Aria and I love it!

This blazer from Topshop reminds me of the blazer worn by Aria in this episode. Paired with any outfit, it will really brighten it up and add extra definition due to the crazy bright print! You can find this here.

Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed it!
If you don't already watch Pretty Little Liars, you should try it because it's incredible!
